Katerina Slesar is an international award-winning photographer originally from Moscow. Katerina’s projects were published in Russia and internationally, including by the Guardian, the Calvert Journal, Ebdo Magazine, and Donna Moderna Italy, among others. She is the recipient of the Lens Culture Student Award and the IPOTY Award. Her projects were featured in the Photography Week during the G-20 Global Summit in St. Petersburg, and the 3rd Biennale of Contemporary Photography. While her professional path and accomplishments of the last ten years are centered solely on documentary photojournalism, recently Katerina shifted her focus and efforts toward art and still life photography, which she is pursuing full-time. Katerina and her family is currently residing in Italy.
